Elaine Laird Coleman is an award winning author, and a sixth generation Texan. She has been writing since her elementary years making up stories and writing papers for school. Elaine graduated from Hamlin High School before getting married and raising a family. She was the editor of the Rising Star Newspaper for 5 years and she has published 7 books from comedy to ghost stories to biographies a western and now a romance.
