Cole, Eme

Eme grew up a competitive gymnast in Illinois and received a full athletic scholarship to college. Through her educational pursuits, she earned a BS in Kinesiology and an MS in Exercise Physiology, as well as certifications through The American College of Sports Medicine and The PhysicalMind Institute. Eme has applied her education and experience in the Pilates and fitness industry as an instructor, a wellness consultant, a business owner, an author, a workshop provider and a retreat leader.
