Daniel Cohn practiced bankruptcy law with the law firm of Hale and Dorr before leaving in 1984 to head the reorganization and bankruptcy practice at Fine & Ambrogne, a mid-sized firm. He founded Cohn Whitesell & Goldberg LLP in 1990. Mr. Cohn received his B.A. in 1975 from Yale University and his J.D. cum laude in 1978 from Cornell Law School, where he served as an editor of the Cornell Law Review.
