Clifford, Fred

Fred Clifford grew up in Beloit, Wisconsin. He has spent most of his career as a tool maker or a machinist. He has a Bachelor's Degree in English from Metropolitan State College of Denver. He drove a cab in the Denver metro area for nearly eight years.
