Wendell Clendennen started twisting tubes of latex into crazy shapes as Stretch the Clown in 1989. Nine years later he dropped the make-up and began specializing in balloon art as Stretch the Balloon Dude. With a slightly twisted view of balloons and life in general, his creations take ordinary balloon art and make it extraordinary.
