Clements, Carole

Carole Clements is an experienced and highly regarded author, food editor and consultant. She lived in France for seven years, working in the food profession, and was awarded the Grande Diplome Culinaire from Ecole de Cuisine La Varenne in Paris. Her published works include American Tradition (Hamlyn), Cook's Kitchen Handbook, 500 Basic Recipes (Hermes House), A Flavor of Normandy (Chartwell), and Recipes From a French Kitchen (Lorenz Books).
