RUSSELL T. CLEMENT is the head of the Art collection at Northwestern University Library, Evanston, Illinois. His recent publications include The Women Impressionists co-authored with Annick Houze and Chritiane Erbolato-Ramsey (Greenwood, 2000); Neo-Impressionist Painters, co-authored by Annick Houze (Greenwood, 1999); Four French Symbolists (Greenwood, 1996); and Les Fauves (Greenwood, 1994).
