Clayton, Timothy

Timothy Clayton is the rector of Christ the Redeemer Anglican Church on the Boston North Shore. He grew up in the Charlotte area and earned his bachelor s degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He spent time teaching English in Budapest, Hungary, and later graduated with high honors from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. Clayton has founded a Christian community in Portland, Maine, and a church in Charlotte, North Carolina, and has led missions and spiritual pilgrimages to more than a dozen countries on five continents.
