Clarke, Ronald V.

Ronald V. Clarke is university professor of criminal justice at Rutgers University. Previously, he headed the British government's criminological research department. His books include Outsmarting the Terrorists, Superhighway Robbery: Preventing E-commerce Crime, and Situational Prevention of Organized Crimes.
