Clarke, Bede

Clarke received a degree in social sciences from Towson University where he studied the statistical evaluation of social organizations and their dynamics. After military service, he took a job as a social science researcher and writer. He also serves in the Army National Guard where he test flies attack helicopters as they undergo repairs. He is an Army certified classroom instructor.
