Mark Christensen is the author of several books, including T"he Sweeps: Behind the Scenes in Network TV "(Morrow, 1983) and two novels. He was also a media columnist for" Rolling Stone" from 1984 to 1989 and his feature stories have appeared in "American Film, Connoisseur, The Los Angeles Times Sunday Magazine, Playboy, TV Guide, "and "Wired," He lives in Long Beach, California.
