Dr. Ramana Grandhi received his Ph.D. from Virginia Polytechnic Institute in 1984. He joined the Wright State University faculty in 1984 as assistant professor and was promoted to the rank of professor in 1993. Currently, Dr. Ramana Grandhi is the distinguished professor of Mechanical and Materials Engineering at Wright State University where he directs 20 researchers as well as teaches engineering classes.
