Chisholm, Tom

Tom "Dizzy" Chisholm was born in Boston, Massachusetts August 13, 1928 to Canadian emigrant parents, Frank and Mary (nee Tonary) Chisholm. He was the fourth child among four sisters, Clare, Catherine, Grace, and Christine. Though Tom spent a lot of time in Nova Scotia visiting family, he is a true Bostonian. He grew up in Dorchester, attended St. Peter's School, worked first at the Old Corner Bookstore (still standing proud on the Freedom Trail!), then at Braves Field, and Fenway Park.
