Cary Cherniss currently is Professor of Applied Psychology and Director of the Organizational Psycho-logy Program in the Graduate School of Applied and Professional Psychology at Rutgers University. He also has taught at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, the University of Illinois in Chicago, the Chicago Medical School, and the Illinois Institute of Technol-ogy.
