Chapman, Dennis S.

Chapman is a member of a scout troop from Traverse City, Michigan. He has a BS and M.Ed. degrees from Brigham Young University. He is a school teacher in Utah and active in scouting. An avid mountain climber, he is a member of the Utah County Sheriff's Search and Rescue Team.
