Dan Chapman is an author from the south coast of the United Kingdom. He first studied English Literature and Education at the University of Brighton, where he later completed a Masters degree in Philosophy and Critical Theory. He has also published a book of short stories, The Postmodern Malady (2010), and an extended critical study of gender and individualism in Mary Shelley's Frankenstein, entitled That Not Impossible She (2011), and most recently, his second novel, Closed Circuit (2014).
