Chapman, Allan Westcott

Allan Chapman majored in Creative Writing at Stanford University under Pulitzer Prize winner Wallace Stegner. He created the Mr. Wugidgem character many, many years ago when telling his children bedtime stories. This is the fourth in the Mr. Wugidgem series.
