Peter Chandler's love of writing began with an opinion piece which was published by the Washington Post. Since then, he has taken creative writing courses at several Community Colleges and private venues in Maryland and Texas. He has had several feature articles published in fitness, nursing home, and family magazines. He has also written several pieces for the local newspaper. As a member of the Johnson County Writers Club, he has garnered first place awards for short story contests sponsored by writer's clubs in Texas.
