As a Certified Public Accountant, Neil Chandler has written uncounted thousands of words in tight, precise, technical terms. Approximately ten years ago he began writing fiction short stories and non-fiction articles. These pieces met with success in writing contests (50 winners from some 70 items) and a handful published in small magazines.
