Born December 7, 1961 in Chicago, d'Philip Chalmers is an activist/artist with an extensive history in the "counter-culture" arts and music scene, notably with "The Split/Apple Creative Co-Op" in Chicago during the 90s & his first novel "SCHLEP" in 2010. Chalmers has worked in audio, video, film, television, radio and live productions since the early 1980s, won a Golden Webby in 2002 and has penned three screenplays.
