Jalil Roshandel is Associate Professor and Director of Security Studies program at the Department of Political Science, East Carolina University. He received his Ph.D. in Political Science at the Universite Toulouse I Science Sociales, France, and earned a Certificate of Achievement in Peace Research from the International University in Oslo, Norway.
