Dorothy Yager was raised in the Catskill Mountain area. Her childhood was abusive, and as a result she sought to find God. As an adult she married and had a son, who died as an infant. This caused her to renew her search for God and answers about sufferings in her life. She accepted Jesus as her Savior in 1977, and was later filled with the Holy Spirit. Since God has poured healing and His Truth into her life. She has been involved with feeding the homeless, and reached out in ministry to the unsaved, preaching, and hosting Bible Studies.
