My travels in the Midwest and Northwest United States gave me an opportunity to study the mystic beliefs of Native Americans. Their beliefs and wisdom have profoundly influenced my way of thinking and my writing. Their world reaches beyond the bounds of earthly conflicts and has given me a valued perspective on historic struggles between the light and the dark. I am a former science teacher and live with my husband in the Buffalo-Niagara Falls region.
