Castendyk, Oliver

Prof. Dr Oliver Castendyk, MSc. (London School of Economics), worked from 1991 1992 at Kirch Group, then at ProSieben Television, 1995 he became head of the legal department of the ProSieben Media AG. Since 1 January 2001 he is director of the Erich Pommer Institute, and attorney at law in Berlin. Since 2004 he is Professor for Public and Private Media Law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Potsdam (Germany). He is co-publisher of the legal journal, "'Multimedia und Recht'" (MMR) and member of the academic board of the legal journal "'Zeitschrift fur Urheber- und Medienrecht'" (ZUM).
