Samanthia Cassidy -- singer, songwriter, author -- comes from a humble background in the small town of Courtland, Alabama, where she encountered God as a young girl and accepted His call upon her life. She has received a Doctor of Humanities degree from Emmanuel Baptist University and an honorary Doctor of Music degree from Heartland Bible College.
