Carter, Judy

Judy Carter has been hooking rugs and teaching her fine-cut techniques for many years. Her work has appeared in Rug Hooking magazine and in Celebration of Hand-Hooked Rugs. She is in demand as a teacher and travels nationally to rug hooking schools and camps, sharing her tips and techniques. She designs and creates her animal portraits from her home studio in Willow Street, Pennsylvania.
