Carter, C. J.

C.J. Carter, a journalist, lives in Blue Ridge, Georgia, with her husband, two dogs, three cats, several fish, and quite a few turtles. She grew up in Sikeston, Mo., and she is an alumnus of the University of Missouri School of Journalism.
