Carroll, Dyer E.

Dyer E. Carroll is founder and president of Carroll Engineers, Inc., a consulting firm based in Andover, Massacusetts that soecializes in nondestructive testing, boiler and pressure vessel design, and forensic engineering. He also is a professor in the Fire Technology Program at Massachusetts Bay Community College and teaches the Engineering Inspectors' Training Program for the Lloyds Register Shipping Insurance Company.
