Carr, Tom

Carr holds a Master's Degree in Counseling and Guidance from Syracuse University. Tom is a National Certified Counselor and a Licensed Professional Counselor. He has been a school counselor for over twenty years and presently is employed as an elementary school counselor for Orange County Schools in North Carolina. Tom also owns his own private practice.
