Carr, Joseph

Joseph Carr was a military electronics technician and the author of several popular electronics books, including McGraw-Hill s "Secrets of RF Design", Third Edition and "Old Time Radios! Restoration and Repair". He wrote a monthly column for "Nuts & Volts" magazine.
