Cardona, Pablo

PABLO CARDONA is Associate Professor of Organizational Behavior at IESE. He has an MBA from IESE and a Ph.D. from UCLA, and has been a visiting professor at schools such as Harvard Business School in the U.S. and IAE in Argentina. Cardona's consulting work ranges from organizational changes to creating effective top management teams. He has developed and coordinated in-company seminars in organizations such as BBVA, Telefonica, Nestle, or Roche both in Spain and in other countries.
