Colin M. Caplan is a New Haven native, architectural designer, author, historian, and founder of Taste of New Haven Food & Drink Tours. Caplan strives to connect the community through history and planning for an even more legendary future. He is the author of Arcadia's Then & Now: New Haven as well as several other books about New Haven.
