Campana, Alessandra

Alessandra Campana is Assistant Professor of Music at Tufts University. She studied at the University of Rome 'La Sapienza', University of York and Cornell University, and was a Junior Research Fellow at New College, University of Oxford. Besides her work in opera studies, her research spans more broadly the interfaces of sound and vision in theatre, film and video. Co-chair of the Opera Seminar at the Mahindra Humanities Centre at Harvard, she is an Associate Editor of The Opera Quarterly.
