Cameron Alison, Jessie

Jessie Cameron Alison (1885-1968) published poems in newspapers, magazines, and anthologies throughout the United States as well as in Canada, England, Belgium, and Italy. In 1956, she was named Poet Laureate for the year by the Washington Fine Arts Federation. That same year, she was awarded the title of Spokane Lilac Poet.
