Wendy Byrd, a native of Toledo Ohio and resident of Northern California, is an Education Consultant with over 23-years working in organizational and leadership development. Wendy's experience includes working with at-risk youth and communities while serving as the Teen Services Supervisor for the City of Modesto, and over 10-years as the Director of Student Development and Campus Life for Modesto Junior College.
