Byers, MR Stephen P.

Stephen P. Byers was born in Montreal, Quebec in 1924. He held the rank of sergeant, serving in Europe with the Royal Hamilton Light Infantry; wounded in Xanten, Germany, March 8, 1945. After the war, he obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree from McGill University. He devoted his entire working career to industrial construction, participating in a variety of projects in Canada until 1972, followed by a relocation to Kansas City, serving as Construction Manager on a major commercial development in Missouri.
