Butler, William E.

William E. Butler is Professor of Comparative Law at the University of London, an Academician of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences, and Director of the Vinogradoff Institute, University College London. He was formerly Senior Partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers CIS Law Firm in Moscow, and
continues to have a Moscow-based consultancy practice in Russian law.
