Dr. James (Jim) Burson, creator of Solution-Based Basketball(r), is a consultant to basketball coaches and to sports companies, including Nike and 94Fifty, and is a popular motivational speaker. He is past president of the National Association of Basketball Coaches and is a founding board member of, and inductee to, the Ohio Basketball Hall of Fame.
