Burns, Peggy Andrews

Burns, formerly widowed and now married for five years, is in her sixties. She received a degree in journalism. She was the wife of a Foreign Service Officer and lived in several foreign countries. After the death of her husband, she worked for the CIA at headquarters in Virginia.
