Burks, Jack

Burks graduated from the University of Texas with Engineering degrees. He worked on manufacturing missiles for the Army, Navy and Air Force, and rockets for launching weather, communication and navigation satellites. He advnced into space exploration by working on liquid engines for the moon vehicles and finally the large solid rocket boosters for the Space Shuttle program.
