Bullard, Tim

Tim Bullard was born in 1955 in Laurinburg, North Carolina. His magazine work includes articles and photographs in Planning magazine, Army magazine, Sandlapper and Our State North Carolina, as well as on the John Blue Cotton Festival and others.
