Budgell, Nathan

Budgell grew up in an orphanage in St. Anthony and was educated in England, graduating with distinction from Chadacre Agricultural Institute in 1930. After working on projects for the Grenfell Association in Newfoundland and Labrador, he went on to receive his Doctor of Veterinarian Medicine in 1939 at Toronto University of Guelph, Ontario.
