My name is David Browning. I have been a biology educator since 1982. In the early days of my teaching career I felt Charles Darwin's theory had some scientific merit, but I devoted very little teaching time to the topic because uncontested evidence seemed lacking. As the years ticked by, huge advances have been made in the fields of genetics, paleontology, microbiology, astronomy, particle physics, and bio-chemistry.
