Brown, Shannon

Joe Sinclair is an author, athlete, and lifelong educator. A native of North Carolina, he's led multiple school districts and is a former North Carolina School Superintendent of the Year. He holds two master's degrees, an educational specialist degree, and a doctorate in educational leadership from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
