Brown, R. T.

The author, R.T. Brown, is 61 years old and resides in eastern North Carolina. He served in the United States Air Force from 1972 to 1978 and among other places he was stationed at Cape Lisburne Air Force Station in northwest Alaska. This is where he developed his series using the Cape Lisburne site as his benchmark.
