Brower, Charles F.

Brower is professor of History and International Relations at the Virginia Military Institute, where he teaches courses in American foreign policy and strategy and holds the Henry King Burgwyn Chair in Military History. Brower is a retired brigadier general in the U.S. Army and has served thirty-two years on active duty.
