Brooks, Peter N.

Peter Brooks is a retired Mechanical Engineer. He graduated from UBC with a BASc and MASc in 1959 and then studied rocket propulsion at Cal Tech on a Guggenheim Fellowship. Moving back to Canada, he worked as a research scientist with the Defence Research Board at their Armaments Laboratory in Valcartier Quebec, becoming Director in 1976. In 1984 He was appointed Director General R&D Policy in National Defence HQ in Ottawa.
