Dr. Donna L. Brooks has conducted extensive research on the changes in organizational culture, especially as they affect women at work. Having received her doctorate in Adult and Organizational Development, she is a frequent lecturer at Temple, Penn State, and Villanova universities and, with her twin sister, Lynn, has served on the Wharton Export Network Panel at the University of PennsylvaniaOs Wharton School of Business.
