Having served at the state, local, and federal levels his career has led him to such exotic locales as Thailand, Egypt, Ukraine, and Morocco. Stephen W. Brooks started his career with the Hot Springs Police Department before being assigned to the Arkansas Law Enforcement Training Academy for 6 years prior to joining the U.S. Treasury Department as an antiterrorism specialist at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center in southeast Georgia.
