Gustav Brink was a founding member of South Africa's anti-dumping unit and, subsequently, the Director of Trade Remedies Policy, where he drafted South Africa's trade remedies legislation and regulations. He has been involved in over 200 antidumping investigations and reviews in several countries and has advised governments in Africa, Asia, the Middle East, the Caribbean and the Pacific on trade remedies and other international trade law and policy issues.
